  1. I didnt get it at first but do now. BTW, nice setup you have going there. Them smiley faces are there for a reason. Use Them!  :D Its all good.

I still think I might bi-amp for the front, then when I want 2 channel, it will be there.  :D Which brings up a good point Miner. Even though I am using for HT, I use the same setup for 2 channel. Am I missing out by going this route? Is a dedicated 2 channel setup better for this? You would think I'd know these things but I never really thought about it until now.

    HA! I did bro!

  2. Dude, I do have a $ 500.00 AVR (3 of them and actually more than $ 500.00 when new)  and if you dont know by now, clipping aint cool. I dont think I will have to worry about that with either the Outlaw 7125 or this Sunfire. I just wanted to hear Sunfire although I havent hooked it up yet. I have never owned a Sunfire amp before.

LOL, I hope you know my post was in jest.....considering some of the previous threads... :) Plus, look at my sig

  3.

So you call me a friend and hypocrite in the same breath! Nice.

Moving on, have a nice year with that one.

Go back and read your original post--I was only responding in kind.

I have no hard feelings and will continue to post my thoughts and enjoy yours. :)

AHHHHH the famous ZENTRAV from AVS strikes again. . . . . lol

  4. The 62 is a beast! I struggled with this as well. When I upgraded it wasn't night and day. The 64 felt larger audibly and I thought it lacked in the bass dept compared to the 62. (ported vs sealed) That being said, It takes awhile to get used to it , but rest assured, it is better than the 62. . . . ever so slightly. It matches your 7's so take solace.

  5.

That was a good read & nice to see a shout out to his memory of the RF-7.

A couple notable things stood out.

    * The size of the original RF-7 wasn't "wife friendly".

    * Yet, he placed the larger RF-7 ll's...  6-feet from the back wall. How wife friendly is that? (or real world practical)

    *  He found that even his 230Wpc bridged Burson was found lacking (when pushing) compared to bridged Hegel H30 @ 1100Wpc

    * No mention if "Rammstein" was wife friendly (lol)

Not exactly what he said....but I get it
