What's a good separate for under $500?

What are some good amps to go with the RF-7? I don't have much to spend. I can give up features for sound quality. Are tube amps better? EDIT: Forgot to mention, I will only be using this for stereo, maybe a SVS sub in the future.

I heard that thing on the front bumper could be a doll, but it wouldn't suprise me if it's real. I've seen much worse on rotten.com and other sites including a little girl getting hit by a train and bouncing off the cattle guard like it was nothing.

I was kind of leary of buying RF-7s online anyways. Maybe I'll try to find somebody on the forum in my area that's selling some used. I can't afford the prices at the dealer.

I just checked Sound Distributor's website and Klipsch seems to be gone. Did they get in trouble or something? I ordered my RB-35's there and was thinking of getting some RF-7s.

Here's the thing, he already got a partial refund from the guy through paypal. So now he has to send it back. I suppose he could refund his refund and ask for a refund of the original purchase, since that would look better if Paypal gave it's records out. My head:

Somebody I know recently bought something on ebay. After the auction was over and he had already bought the item, Ebay cancelled the auction because it said it may be illegal (copyright infringment..) and not to complete the transaction. The item came in the mail and he wants to send it back. What would be the best way to send it back so that if he ever got in legal trouble he could prove he sent it back? Certified mail? Fedex? The motherboard in my neighbor's Gateway Solo 5300 is bad, he says I can have it if I can replace the motherboard for $300. Is it even possible to do this though? I've replaced the hard drive in one before but not the whole motherboard.

If I had to do it over I guess I'd make something out of MDF with foam. Oh well I guess I still can, I just wasted money on concrete. I guess I'll try it though. At least my computer will be safe from EMP bombs.

I don't know, I changed my CPU fan but now there are a lot of low frequency noises. I have 9 fans in it and 4 hard drives so they create alot of vibration in the case.. I don't think a wood box would of stopped all the low frequecies. Maybe I'll water cool it.. 2 1" hoses wouldn't let much sound out..

yea, that's the only problem. I was thinking of either 1)making a 120mm hole and mounting my 120mm fan to it and put a muffler of some kind onthe outside, or 2) drilling lots of small (1/16") holes in the top and bottom of the case to let hot air escape and cool air get sucked in. I'm not sure which would be quieter.. Since the walls of it are 3.5" thick (yea, it's gonna be heavy as hell, it's already 250lbs and it's only half done) I think the small holes thing would work, just because the sound waves would have to bounce pretty much straight out the hole to escape.
