I am trying to set up a new RW-1 and connect it to my RW15-PM speakers using a Gate box. I have connected the Gate Box to my monitor using a jack lead from Aux to Analogue In, on the Gate. Both units are set up on the Klipsch Stream app and paired. The problem is, when I try to play music from my phone, it only plays through bluetooth, on the monitors. What am I doing wrong? Ok, many thanks for your help. I have written to the retailer.

But I don´t intend to use a computer.

The buzzing is only coming from the base speaker.

Ok, we have some progress. I hand´t set the sound on the Mac to the speakers. Now I have audio from the Mac but with a horrible buzzing in the background

I think I´ve tried every possible alternative.

Both mixer to speaker and TT to speaker give feedback but only while connecting the lines. When connected there is nothing from both sources. Hope that makes sense.

Ok, if I remove the line between mixer and speaker, then reconnect, I get humming noise when reconnecting. If I remove and reconnect the cables from TT to mixer, nothing.

No noise from the speakers, in fact, nothing.

ok, connected laptop direct into speakers with USB. Nothing.

Yep, got the purple light. Although I have that speaker as the left speaker as i look at it.

You´ve lost me now

Still nothing. The only audio I´m getting is very low from the turntable. Tried going direct to headphones but no luck.
