  1. So a week ago I got the Klipsch Cinema 1200 sound bar system. I'm not really overly impressed with the system that is in my bedroom, however it does bring the rear channels alive more than my main system does IMO. Here is my main question, I have 2 RB75's and the RSW15 in my bedroom now. I also have a pair of RS7's that I'm not using. With the 5 of those and a center channel speaker would make a better surround system for the bedroom. What do you all think would make the best center channel speaker for the setup? I can't find a RC7 that isn't all beat to hell for the life of me. I was thinking on getting either a RC3 or RC3 II center channel. I'd love to find a RC7 for the bedroom setup or if anyone in here has one for sale or can find me one would be great. What are your thoughts on getting either the RC3 or the RC II for the bedroom system? My thoughts are getting the RC II and I found one for sale and it's in excellent condition. All of the speakers would be hooked up to my older Onkyo TX SR701. I await your thoughts...............
  2. I saw that. I figured I'd ask though. I mean he may not even be with us anymore either.
  3. Both pairs I have will never go anywhere as long as I'm alive.
  4. That was my thought process behind it. I just didn't know if anyone here had one and their thoughts about it. Hell, for $800 on sale from the normal $1900 price tag, it might be worth a shot.
  5. Like you said, good luck on finding one. However, that will only give me a 3.1 system in the bedroom. I was wanting a complete surround setup and seeing how the one I posted was on sale at a great deal, I figured it would fill my needs.
  6. What's everyone's thoughts about this system for a bedroom setup? I currently have 2 RB75's and 1 RSW15 with an Onkyo TX-SR701. Looking to have more of a surround sound set up in there instead of stereo mode. https://www.klipsch.com/products/cinema-1200-sound-bar-and-surround-system?gad=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwmZejBhC_ARIsAGhCqnclFKS4tVnPoM_HwTKBqmgDpFFEBfugr35MKBLzqu48fe7IydDuPDEaArSzEALw_wcB
  7. Jump on that system, you will NOT be disappointed at all. The fact you live 30 minutes away is fate telling you something!!!
  8. I have 2 pairs of them and absolutely love them.
  9. I'm curious if the system is for sale, if not, did you get your asking price? I currently run this system Klipsch RF mains (2) Klipsch RC7 (1) Klipsch RB75 (2) Klipsch RP 140SA (2) SVS PB12 Plus/2 Onkyo RZ1100 Rotel RMB-1095 I have 2 RF7'S but don't have a good place to mount them. Bedroom setup RB75 (2) RSW15 Onkyo TX-SR701
  10. I used these mounts on them..... https://www.amazon.com/Pinpoint-Mounts-AM41B-Clamping-Bookshelf/dp/B00K8BI29W/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1506704669&sr=1-1&keywords=Pinpoint+Mounts+AM41B
  11. They were on bar stools near a kitty door in my sliding glass doors. The dog got freaked out and squeezed through the hole and knocked the one stool over and down my speaker went.
  12. The weight had them leaning forward, more than I would prefer. I just want to make sure they are VERY secure on the swivel part.
  13. I had the mounts mounted on the speakers and dropped that screw down the center with washer and locking nut.
  14. Yes, I drilled the hole and used the center insert hole. I used tie straps for now to secure the rear part of of the speakers for now until I find something better. Any ideas for the rear? I have sevral more pics but they are to big to share.
  15. I have no room in this living room for my RS 7's. I'm pissed about it too.
  16. The hide a wire trim sticks to the wall and the cover snaps over that piece. It sticks out less than a half inch.
  17. No, that is the hide a wire trim I need to put up tomorrow. Those are a replacement set. I have more pictures but they are to large to post up.
  18. Got mine up tonight. Just in time for my Packers game.
  19. Might as well post it for a future reference. I hope the have enough movement for my application as the are going on a wall behind me.
  20. Do you have a picture to show of the hole location and size drill bit you used? I just received these mounts yesterday and need to get mine hung up. I still need to go to the hardware store and get bolts and figure out the thread pitch for the speakers.
  21. Got ya, thanks for the info sir.
  22. Were you able to screw into the factory threaded inserts with those? I'm surprised Klipsch did not offer brackets with them.
  23. Mavicator, can we finalize the deal?
