Can't believe this $3 a pound but guess it is what it is. :)

It's a meme, not an actual news piece. Trying to be what it isn't...

Even so, either Texas ain't great at math or turkeys were apparently free last year:

From the Waco Tribune - Herald  "Specifically talking turkey, the Texas Farm Bureau said the typical 16-pound bird fetches $23.99 this year, about $1.50 more per pound than last year."

Absolutely gorgeous house as are all your efforts.   I'm positive I couldn't afford it, lol.  Also too far away from my grandkids and Portland hasn't gotten a lot of good pub as of late.  Again, the house and view are spectacular.   I'm sure it won't be on the market long.

Thanks. Portland is just fine if you don't listen to the media. All cities, big and small, have issues.

This house may sit for a minute as the owner is asking $9,495,000

Nice views from the pool, though, just don't fall off the edge...

  3. Some of you know that I build and remodel high end homes. None of the work is speculative and rarely comes up for sale, but a home I started 24 years ago is currently on the market. If you like a city view with the Cascade Range as a backdrop, this one doesn't suck.

Hahaha 😄 Yep, I got em guys. Along with the Kenwood (and yes, the speaker wire 😜) Thank you so much for all the help! They sound great, much clearer and more detailed than anything I've been accustomed to. Volume was indeed increased several times. Bass definitely hits the spot, and with much less distortion than I was getting with my previous system. Cannot wait for their party debut. Safe to say I'm hooked. It's only time between me and you all now 😁

Congrats, June! I started with La Scalas and the bug hit pretty hard.

Crunchy Adams Dark Roast... Canadiens know best.

Gotta love the ingredients of Adams - peanuts and salt. One of the very few brands without palm oil, speaking of humanity.
