Do you have any hiss with nothing playing or crackles when turning the source knob? I just got the sixes yesterday but im hearing low hiss and crackles.

Just got them yesterday and I hear a slight hiss with no music playing, hear a crackle when I turn the source knob and i hear a crackle when listening to music or a stream. I thought maybe it was my computer so i turned off the computer still the hiss and crackle. I then took just the one speaker and plugged it in other outlets in the house and still the same. Any ideas or should I return them?
