  1. I had these issues too. I have a tiny little 8GB USB drive (2.0 I think). My solution was to plug in the power and immediately after the power was plugged in, plug in the usb drive. That seemed to do the trick. The connect app is now updating things
  2. Are there any local business that have the Klipschorn's? Does the HQ have one? We might make a slight detour to hope, ar this March for an unrelated adventure for the birthday bash too.
  3. I plan to have these connected to my MacBook pro fulltime over BT for music and zoom/conference calls. I recently purchased R-51PM's and not only is the native BT crap, I noticed it disconnected after 4 or 5 hours and I had to reboot the speakers for thigs to wake up. Has anyone else noticed TheFives doing this too? To resolve this with my R-51PM, I bought an AudioEngine B1 and have been 100% happy. The sad part, this upgrade in quality (going to 24/192) revealed the left speaker is defective. Since Amazon is awesome for returns I plan to send the B1 and R-51PM's back in favor of TheFives to simplify and step up the quality at nearly the same over all costs... So long as the BT connectivity if stable.
