HDBR where can I find the emblems for the Heresies?
-
Any recommendations mobile homeless?
-
Any suggestions on some inexpensive tubes to run a pair of Heresies? And what about Fortes?
-
Deang you still got your Heresies?
-
How muc tube wattage would I need for a pair of Heresies?
-
I put a deposit on them, I may go pick em up this week, I'll have the serial number then. I'm so anxious to get them home, I may put them in the room and run it off my 3802, later on adding tubes to power them.
-
Would this set-up have enough wattage for Heresies?
-
From seeing my system below, would it be possible to use a set of tubes to run a pair of Heresies in another room from the same system?0
Could I get a set of tubes to accomplish this without breaking the bank?

I found a pair of Heresy's at a local pawn show in pretty good condition (as far as I can tell).
1) Is $399 a fair price?
2) I put a deposit on them and I'm going to go pick them up, so I don't have a Serial Number on hand, but I read that Heresies have MDF cabinets, well these seem to be solid wood, maybe birch or oak, I'm not sure. Is anyone familiar with these?
3) Where can I get a pair of emblems for the grills?

Can anyone provide me with Heresy specs? Mainly sensitivity.
-
I prefer the SPL, the price of the HGS seems to make my eyes water.

A little bit of both, doesn't have to be too loud since I'm in an apartment.I wanna get the SVS but they're bulky, but they're still an option. Also I want that "whoa that sounds pretty good" factor. Any suggestions?

Is anyone out there using this sub in their set-up?
-
The RF3's have more bass, and the RB5's have brighter highs. You have to decide which you want more of.

I'm looking for a reputable on-line retailer to buy a Velodyne SPL1200 from... any suggestions???

DISREGARD THIS POST... IN OTHER WORDS... MY BAD!!!

Is there a noticeable difference in sound? I mean for only a $150 difference why wouldn't people who get the PC+ go ahead and get the CS+, I'm wondering do these two sound about the same?
But, I'm aware that the sub is improved, and one has a on-board amp and the other a seperate.

Anyone selling a pair?

Can anyone provide me with pics of either of these speakers? A friend of mine found a nice deal on both these speakers I wanted a general idea of the sound quality & size of these speakers, I may integrate them into a 2-channel set-up.

Less than $800.

I found a sweet deal on a Velodnye SPL1200, but before I buy it I wanna know how good would it be for HT.

Once again these are just opinions... I've never actually heard the KLF-30's but I do know people who own them and they are very satisfied and haven't thought about upgrading or selling them. But I've heard the KLF-10 side by side with the RF3-II, and the RF3-II had the slight edge, or maybe the RF3 sounded better to me because that was the speaker that I had pedetermined to buy.
As far as size goes when I'm out audio shopping or browsing I hear a lot of people say that they lack space, so that could be a reason. There's a lot of people willing to spend good money on audio but don't want to look like they're getting ready to DJ for the prom.
But these are just my opinions...

Oh and by the way the new Cerametallic speaker in Klipsch now is a vast improvement over the old speakers. The RF3-II replaced the RF3 which (I think) replaced the KLF-10, and the RF5 replaced the KLF-20, and the RF7 replaced the KLF-30. Notice how they replaced bigger speakers with smaller (10" to 8", 12" to 10"), These are new and improved speakers.
