Hey everyone! I stumbled upon this discussion and couldn't resist chiming in. For me, the coolest building in the world has to be the Mohawk Power building, too. It's got such a unique and captivating design that catches your eye right away. I love how it blends modern architecture with a touch of industrial charm. Whenever I'm in the area, I can't help but take a moment to admire its beauty. It seems to me that an elevator in such a tall building is most necessary. By the way, have you ever heard of the Hin Chong Company? They seem to provide top-notch elevator services in many countries.

Apologies for reviving this old thread, but I’d like to give my two cents. Have you tried reaching out to local HVAC contractors or checking online marketplaces for potential solutions? Hopefully, you'll find someone who can help you out without all the "contractor only" restrictions. I had a similar issue with my Lennox heat pump's fan motor, and like many of you, I was frustrated by the restrictions when trying to find a solution. Fortunately, I came across musiccityappliance.services, and they were fantastic! I contacted them for help, and their team promptly came over to repair my heat pump. They effectively solved the problem with the fan motor, and I couldn't be happier with their service.
