hello all, does anyone know the values of the metal oxide varister on the main power board? mine is burnt out, but was able to still read the numbers on it. they are "13S100L7FE" , but can't seem to cross-ref. it on Digi-Key or NTE. thanks in advance, CB

I'm having the same problem...every time the power goes off for any reason (unplug or power failure) the 4.1's don't come back on for several days...I've sent e-mail after e-mail and tried calling tech support...NO HELP THERE!..guess we're on our own...they're out of warranty by now...I did open the back and replaced an SCR and when I put it back together it worked..until I unplugged it to move the unit.....thinking maybe the unit needs to "bleed" off for awhile any voltage still in it...let's hope for some answers.. cbone@rochester.rr.com

When power goes off for any reason the unit will not turn back on for several days...this has happened at least 3 times in the past. For that reason I don't dare unplug the unit.. What's up?..does anyone have a fix for this problem?..or know what's causing it?..
