Is there anywhere I can order a replacement Amp in Canada?

Recently I've started having issues with my Ultra 5.1. It's a bit hard to explain, but when I try to play anything something, sometimes they work and other times they do. Usually when they do work it's only for a few minutes. First thing is I hear a clicking/static noise coming from the speakers from time to time, It's not constant and it's not very loud. When I play anything I'll hear whatever I'm listening to from all the speakers, and then after a few minutes (sometimes even only a few seconds) all the sound comes out of the sub (all muffled up of course). Then sometimes it will switch back to outputting the sound in the speakers, and then only to go back to the sub I checked all my connections and everything seems fine. Also when I have headphones plugged into the control unit, I don't hear that static noise and I have no issues whatsoever. Has anyone else run into this isues? I got my Ultra 5.1 system almost as soon as they came out.

Klipsch stopped selling them in Canada even before they were discontinued, the reason is because they weren't CSA approved over here in Canada(along with the GMX).

ahhh...I always tought it didn't have a remote...That's why I never bought one. Well anyways I hope they add alot of new features on the new Decoder.

Well that's good news then. Hopefully it will come out soon. And I do hope it will come with the option to add a remote.

Well I got bad news. I heard that there might not be a new Digital Decoder, cause there's not a big enough demand for a product like that. So it looks that we're stuck with buying the Creative Labs one(unfortunately)

alright...Hopefully it will be soon. I think everyone here would be happy to get the new DD.

Seems they don't want to let us know whats going on. All I was able to find out was what I posted already.

Sorry just had to create a bit of drama. hehe I heard that the manufacturer apparently went out of business and and that Klipsch is researching to find a replacement.

Well I found out why there is no new news about the next Digital Decoder. And it's not good.

Does anyone know where I could purchase the DD-5.1 online(and Klipsch online won't ship to Canada)? I can't find it anywhere, because for some reason they don't sell them in the retail stores in Canada(I think that it's Klipsch that won't allow them to) , and I want to setup a set of PM 5.1 on my TV. Any help would be appreciated. Eric
