  1. I have had these in my warehouse for years. Sold my building and these have to go. I bought the MWM from a man in Houston who cut the bottom of the cabinet to fit it in his monster truck! I patched what he removed. Some of the aluminum trim was cut or missing. The two La Scala tops have eyebolts in the because the were "flown" in a church.

First person to come to Baton Rouge, LA with $750 cash gets them.

  2. The sound on my RSW 15 subwoofer is cycling ay about 1 Hz interval. I don't know if it is the power supply or a limiting circuit. I did sent some loud spikes through it while testing some amps. I read where someone changed out some small caps in the power supply but I don't know if this is the same problem.

Sound for a 1/2 second the shuts off for 1/2 second the repeats. Never had a problem in the past.

Anyone have any ideas on what to check?

Must be hard to part with, very nice. Big room or outdoor these sound fantastic, hope you don't regret your sale.

I will always regret selling them! I have listened to them for years in my shop/warehouse with La Scala's for the rear channel. I can't take them with me and want them to go to someone who can appreciate them as much as I have!

  4. Everything seems to be the same except the MSM section. It has two caps, two chokes and a tap. See markup.

    The inductors are as follows:

2133    two of these in the MWM section

    2357    MSM section

    2358    MSSM section

    2359    MSM section

    2360    MSSM section

    TA2      MSM section

  5. I hate to sell these but I am clearing out my building and have to let them go. I listen to these on almost a daily basis with La Scala's for rear channels.

After research with the Klipsch factory, after I bought these, I believe these to be the first split subs they produced (SN MWM S 1001 through 1004). These serial numbers were hand stamped.

Every option Klipsch offered was added to these stacks. Gauss HF-4000 mid drivers, Fiberglass and aluminum trim, Type-M passive 4-way crossover.

Here is you chance to own a piece of history. I don't think too many of these have survived.
