Well, after several months of speaker auditioning and 1 month of patiently waiting for my order to come in to Percy's, my speakers are now up and running. I finshed the install fairly last night so I haven't had time to run them through their paces but that's what weekends are for! The little I've heard though has been well worth the effort with the Klipsch matching nicely with my new Marantz AV unit. I have a particularly difficult room to set speakers in so when the new reference line came out it seemed to really fit my needs. In fact when I first moved in to my house, due to space constraints, I had to purchase a set of Bose Accumass. I know, I know... Now with some refurnishing I have a bit more room for speakers, although it's still less than an ideal placement. Anyway, I just wanted to thank Klipsch for hosting this forum and to all of you posters for your help to us "newbies". Looking forward to being a full fledged member of the forum now. I have heard from reliable sources that black and cherry vinyl will be the only finishes offered - at least for the bookshelf versions. Arrrrgh!! That explains the lower prices in the January press release.
