Hey guys, stumbled on a pair of H700 Heresy's at an antieque shop while on vacation. What's the going rate on these: 1966 model. They work well, but the cane grills and enclosures are a little beat up. The logos look good. Should I buy them?

Hi, new to the forum but have been lurking for a long time. I have some old and rough H700 heresies. I may need advice if you don’t mind. Just started cabinet rehab over the weekend. They were stacked one on top of the other in a garage. Water damage on the lower one. Bottom panel has some swelling. I peeked inside, type c crossover. Internals look great. Super clean inside. Grill cloth is great - but ATTACHED!!! Argh. Badges appear legit - but who knows. I’d like to do a cap repair - they sound a little brittle, bass unimpressive, one of the caps is rusted, as though it leaked. Not sure. Anyway, advice on a replacement kit would be highly appreciated. I can solder well. pics below of the progress. Will update. Have only sanded so far. Ok, having trouble posting pics. Says 2MB limit. So I guess I need help with this too! Thanks.

So I sold the Cornwalls and LaScala's and well I was back in craiglist and saw so H700's 3J677 and 3J676. well you see I got a pocket full of cash so I call to look and looking is a bad thing cause I am already there and the trouble begins. I ask to open them up and it has later klipsch mid and high (K55m and K77m square magnets), The woofer looked right as does the type C network. I don't even open the other until I get home and it has the K22 (The picture below) so I buy them anyway.

Hello everyone, I bought a couple of Klipsch Heresy I 1972 (Tweeter: K77 Midhorn: K700 plus K55V driver, woofer: K22E alnico NOT RED SURROUND OF H700 Model) They have Type C crossovers but the woofers impedance is 8 ohm. Do I have to change the crossovers on type D or E configuration?
