Mattevt
Maybe this is the wrong place to put this, but it seems to get a lot of traffic. I'm not totally sure how this happened but the preamp plug that runs from the satellite to the sub broke. As you can see, that cylinder should be connected to the cord so that I can plug it into the preamp imput. I have a bad feeling I can't do anything about this. But I thought I'd ask. BLSamuel
It should be repairable. The easiest is to contact Klipsch tech support found under Support at the main Klipsch website http://www.klipsch.com/support/ Klipsch iPod and Computer Speaker Customer Support 1-888-554-5665promedia@klipsch.com Or go to the Computer Speakers Section for threads such as this one: http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/t/111840.aspx There are numerous threads about reparing the Promedia 2.1 DIN cable in the Compute Speakers section http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/13.aspx Click on the More Options button and set to display all posts as the default is the most recent 2 months. Mine seem to get reset to most recent 2 months every so often. Good luck!
