Mrphats1999
Okay Okay we all know the cautions with buying on EBAY. But I love it EBAY but of course you do have to be careful. This looks like a great deal for NOOBS or if any of you have a game room you could put these in there. http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1332903376 This isnt mine or a friends I just saw it and started drooling because I would buy it if I hadnt already had some. Hell the g/f wont let me have any more klipsh's with out a good explanation.. HornEd
MrPhats, stop drooling... and read the reply by the venerable BobG himself in the thread "Quintet or Reference" in Home Theaters. 5.1 is designed as a full-range five identical speaker environment... and the Quints (love 'em for what they were designed to do) are not full-range speakers. So, they may not be fair game even in the game room. Set your "drool target" a little higher, my friend, at last we are living in a world beyond ProLogic. The next step up into discrete, 5.1, can increase the atmosphere of romance to a degree that can even make a G/F drool. Just remember, you must engage your brain BEFORE you slip into EAR. Carefully planned steps make for contented significant others. HornEd ------------------ "LEADING 8 LEGENDS INTO THE 6.1 GENERATION!"
