Hiamperage
Anyone know how to disable the clipping circuit on the klipsch 4.1 computer speakers?
Seb
1) why would you want to do that? you like distortion, or you like to break drivers? 2) you'd get better results by posting in the promedia section of the bulletin board. I'm pretty sure there really is no way to do that, however. ------------------ http://sebdavid.150m.com go laugh at my crappy website... TheEAR
Why in the blue hell would you like to do this? The ProMedia 4.1 and 5.1 amp plates have built in limiters you cant disable without voiding your warranty. And even if you could, you would not gain much, the BASH amps need the limiters bad or they clip in a nasty way. Trust me I had one of the first Klipsch LF-10 subs and the limiter did not do its job, result? Damaged driver and nasty clipping. NOT GOOD Not good at all Just my two cents TheEAR(s) Now theears
