Joe Shmoe Posted April 13, 2009 Share Posted April 13, 2009 Usually above and behind the listening area for sides, If your talking 7.1 I would mount them on the rear wall same height as the sides, probably equally spaced if possible. jamesV Posted April 14, 2009 Share Posted April 14, 2009 Welcome to the forum. Are you using the center channel speakers for your 4th and 5th speaker or the 6th and 7th speaker setup configuration? Placement all has to do with layout of your room. Sure there are certain places were they should be but sometimes it just doesn't work out that way and you have to work around it.
