DrWho
I was just wondering what happens if you put normal headphones into your iPhone? Does the phone just default to its internal microphone and let you listen to the person on the other end through the headphones? I would love to purchase a set of Image IEMs, but one of my biggest motivations is upgrading the sound quality on my iPhone during a normal phone conversation. I have an insanely hard time understanding people with the stock speaker and my Apple ear buds accidently went through the wash....though they weren't comfortable at all either. bhendrix
Now that's a good question for the professor. Hey, Mark, what should we do????
shredder
Regular head phones will work in an iPhone. If you use them for a telephone call, you hear the other person through the head phones and you speak into the telephone. I do it all the time using my IEMs. They are FAR better than those "combo" ear/mic pieces for sound quality. The Custom 3's are a great choice. The more I listen, the more I like... after you get the fit right.
