Each one of us has the same problem which leads me to believe that it may be even more wide-spread then just my friends and I. The speakers sound great first of all but when you adjust the volume during the playback of any sound file there is a lot of static. I'm pretty sure it's just because the volume knob connection is "sloppy". Sure would like to know if this is faulty construction or what?
