Problem with 5.1's

Hi all. I've had these 5.1's since about october (I bought a set when they first came out, but the sub was a dud Frown.gif). These ones have been working great, up until this afternoon. Now every ten to thirty seconds or so, the front, center, and rear speakers stop playing, but the sub keeps going. Ten or thirty seconds later, the missing channels come back in like nothing's happened. Is this a temporary problem I can fix, or am I stuck with another set of duds?

have you checked to make sure it is not your sound card? do you have the Creative Audigy? try another input like using a portable cd player. what is the first letter on your serial number on the back of teh subwoofer on the white strip of sticker? also, for best results, post ProMedia related queries in the ProMedia forums found further down the page Smile.gif
