GBSLPS
Hi All, I own Cornwall II's I bought from original owners widow two years ago, and love them very much. I have read about upgrades to crossovers, speakers, rope caulk? What do the experts here recommend. Let me have it all from the most effective to the least. Also what skill level is needed. Thanks to all in advance for your advice, Glenn
jamesV
Well it all depends on how much change you want to do. For starters you can check out Bob's site. It can be from ordering the parts from him and solder and assemble the x-overs your self or send him your and he can rebuild it or purchase new ones and just replace yours. Then you can switch out the tweeter diaphragm, I don't know if he has a woofer or midrange swap but you can find out. You can also get a hold of Dean and see if he can make you a x-over. I don't know about the rope caulking but I think some gorilla glue can help with any leaks with the back piece. James Let me mention that I have 2 pairs of Cornwalls I and only one has the x-over done by Bob, I purchased the speaker with the mod.
