They look to be a nice pair but I wonder what the reserve is at? Since he's the original owner, I suspect he's trying to recoup his investment, which could be high. I think your strategy of coming in after the auction may be a good one. By not shipping (which I don't blame him for at all), he's limiting his market, and the high price is narrowing it further.

I too am looking for a single Belle to use as a center channel to go with my '87 Khorns. Would also be interested in splitting a pair with somebody. My speakers are Wallnut vaneer and would prefer that finish.
