I came across the Klipsch Synergy SLXs but are discontinued. Does anyone know why ? Are they any good. I have seen some on sale on craigslist. willland Posted August 1, 2009 Share Posted August 1, 2009 Welcome to the forum. Yes, they have been discontinued. I have heard them and was quite pleased with the sound. How many speakers are for sale? I would guess the front three. If this C-list deal is to hard to pass up, I say get them. You could go to Klipsch.com and buy 2 or 4 single Quintet III's and have a nice 5.1 or 7.1 system. Keep in mind that system fall into the catagory as form over function.
