chuckears
I have the chance to obtain a pair of kg4's for less than what I have found the RC-3 surrounds. Any insight as to advantages or disadvantages of using one over the other? (The kg4's would go in the back corners, the RC-3 on the wall as specified in the optimal set-up). chuckears
One advantage of the kg4's over the RS-3 is purely cosmetic - I would be able to better hide the cables without going through the walls (The old hole through the floor approach...). (I'm bound to post today until I can escape the "cool newbie" title... it seems unfitting for a 38-year old father). ------------------ Klipsch Fortes, Oiled Oak Klipsch KLF-C7 Center Channel McCormack DNA-1 Power Amp McCormack TLC Pre-Amp Sony 5-disc changer NHT SA3 Subwoofer Amp Hsu TN1220 Subwoofer Old Akai cassette Deck Akai AAR22 used as tuner Nordost Solar Wind interconnects Kimber 4TC Speaker Cable (Future upgrades to include): Klipsch RS-3 Surrounds Outlaw 1050 AV Receiver
