amusingisthedawn
How many people have them placed vertically vs. horizontally? I'm building a console for my tv and the c7, but I'm undecided wether to have the speaker horizontal across the bottom of the tv, or stand it up on the floor. vnzbd
I have typically used mine in a verticle arangement. It is much better off axis, but even directly in front I preferred it verticle. I went so far as to build a new box with the tweeter on top helping to heighten the sound stage because the speaker was in the lower half of a cabinet. I did experiment with it verticle on a stand and away from the wall 18-24" and that was the best, but didn't pass the waf test. No problems now though! amusingisthedawn
Cool. I did notice I like it better standing verticle. I guess I'll make a table for the tv just high enough to fit it standing up. I didn't want the tv placed much higher than a 30" table, but I suppose 3-4 inches taller shouldn't effect viewing angles. That is a great idea to put the tweeter on top! I think I might look into some mdf and veneer in the future. Something about how it looks standing in between the KLF 20's that makes it look cool too. haha
