Holden
Hello, I bought my S4i on December 10th 2009 in a Toronto Apple Store. After a few weeks the plastic parts began to split. For example: The rubber part on the actual earbud under the Klipsch brand name. Also the rubber part covering up the jack. What should I do? Paul68
You can see if the apple store will take it back and give you a new set since it hasn't been 30 days yet. Our it covered from Klipsch for 2 years from the day of purchase. What the warranty don't cover is if the wire split or breaks. Read in the instruction booklet that came with the headphone on how to file for a warranty clam.
Holden
So I would still have to pay to get it repaired by klipsch?
Paul68
No you shouldn't should be covered. You can 1-800-Klipsch to find out what to do.
