davids_0210
Hallo to all, I have a couple of question I hope you can help me with. I am about to start building a complete Klipsch RF-83 HT system. I have located most of the parts at PartsStore.com. However I am unable to locate the 1.25 tweeters and the crossovers. I have found some crossovers at PartsExpress. com its a Eminence PXB2:1K6 will this work for the towers? And what type of tweeter should I use? I would like to stick with a horn. Also, would anyone know of type of dampning that Klipsch uses? and the last question I have is the port dia and length. I would prefer to purchase these parts instead of replacing them with inferer products. Is it possable to purchase the tweeters and crossovers? I know its alot to ask but any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Davehttp://www.partstor e.com/Model/ Klipsch+Audio+ Technologies/ Klipsch/RF82. aspxhttp://www.parts- express.com/ pe/showdetl. cfm?Partnumber= 290-

falcon20x
I'm pretty sure you can order all the part that you directly from Klipsch
Give them a call
I do need to point out that you can get a set of RF 83 brand new around $1600. While it is a noble thought, trying to build them might no be worth it
