zoeloft
I just received my image s4 in the mail today. While unwinding the earphones, I noticed several places where the wires seemed like they were clamped with something- making little dents in the cables. The headphones sound great so far; I don't think the dents in the cable effect the sound quality. My question is, if I were to use the 2 year warranty (perhaps one side stops working in the future), would they replace/repair them? I am asking because I noticed that the warranty does not cover the headphone cables, and they would probably think I made the dents.
BLSamuel
I'd say return them now. If the cables were wrapped or clampled tight enough to dent the cables it seems possible that the integrity of the wiring inside might be compromised.
