Well, after looking at the specs one thing I can tell you is you better have a GIGANTIC amplifier for the Dalis. Their sensitivity is 12.5dB less than the RF-7s. In the real world that means that if you fed them both the same amount of watts the RF-7s will sound well over twice as loud to your ears. jtubbs6117 Posted April 26, 2010 Share Posted April 26, 2010 wuzzer great point, I notice the difference in volume when i AB my RF7 vs RB5 but you would think the RB5 would be the loudest because of the smaller drivers and smaller horn but that is not the case. The RF'7s are a freak of nature. If had the opportunity to buy a set of 7's there would be no other speaker that would enter my mind. He offered me the Helicon set, sub, center and 2 mains for $1,400.
