First off its a little bit of an older system, but that really isnt a problem if they are in great condition. Second they are the smaller of the klipsch line, they will no doubt sound good but do you want something bigger? For $950 you should be able to find 2 rf-82s and a rc-62 and you would have the start of a "bigger system". I really dont know enought about the rf-15 system to give you an exact number i would offer but i would probably not pay $950, if he cant work with you at all look for something else.
