Aaron N Posted March 4, 2001 Share Posted March 4, 2001 Scott, I have the KG 5.5's as well. These speakers are not shielded. When I put them too close to the t.v. they cause strange colorations and distort the picture. You can do one of two things, move them farther away from the t.v., or install bucking magnets to make them shielded. To find the bucking magnets look in the Home Audio, parts price list to the left of the B.B.. I figured it would cost around $120 for the magnets, however much for the epoxy, and a little bit of time to install them. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
