wata
I know the RSW10 has auto on and standby.I have it plugged into a power strip, can I turn it on and off by the power strip and not damage the sub or should I just leave it on 24/
TheEAR
Leave the RSW10 ON all the time, just set the power to AUTO ON.All my subs(all of em)are powered 24/7. All my power amps are also powered 24/7(almost no extra heating required in winter ) TheEAR(s) Now theears
wata
Thanks Ear You were right the RSW10 sounds much better then my friends KSW15.I blew my budget to hell starting out with Synergy System and ending up with RB-5,RC-3,RS-3 and Rsw10.Im no audiophile but the sound to me is great
TheEAR
Great choices, congrats on the new system. Klipsch is to a great start with the new RSW sub series,no air leaks, clean and defined bass.Good work TheEAR(s) Now theears
wata
Now my friend wants a similar setup but wants RB-5,RC-7,RS-7,RSW10 will this combo work. Thanks again
TheEAR
Work it will,I would maybe get a RSW12 or SVS CS-Plus/Samson 1000 with the speakers selected. I tried the RSW10 with even Dynaudio Contours(from 1.1 to 3.3)Klipsch(from Quintets to RF-7's)and this little sub workd great in all these setups as long as you keep in mind its not a Sunfire Sig or SVS Ultra and will not pound eardrums under 25Hz. Right now my RSW10 works like a charm with the Totem ROKK sats.A definite winning combination. TheEAR(s) Now theears
