bryan2
I have an extra KSW-12 which I plan to use as a center channel sub. I am using RC-3 for my center. How could I make the connections? I found a L/R speaker in and out on the KSW. Which one I'll use? Would anybody even recommend putting a subwoofer on the center speaker? boa12
bryan, could work well for u but a few depends. could work better in the rear too. 1st, which receiver and other speakers besides center are you using? and is this just for HT (lfe only) use? ------------------ My Home Systems Page This message has been edited by boa12 on 03-31-2002 at 12:48 PM
bryan2
Frankly, I'm not really sure what I'm trying to attain. I use my system 50/50, music/HT. I am just trying to make use of one of my extra KSW-12s. I once used them together with the RSW-15 but realized RSW-15 is more than enough. My system: RF-5s RC-3 SS1s RSW-15 (also have 2 KSW-12, not in used!) boa12
10-4 bryan. 2 extra subs eh. room response & sub placement is a big factor. u could try 1 ksw as a center sub & 1 as a rear, both in rear, etc. experimentation is the tic here. run wire that's now running to the respective speaks to the speaker level in posts of ksw & use out posts of same ksw to the that speaker. if both for rears hook each of the 2 rears to each sub respective L or R posts, or if 1 sub hook both speaks to respective L & R posts. oh & for center use either L or R set of speaker in posts on the ksw. just use the same side's outs to the rc. ------------------ My Home Systems Page This message has been edited by boa12 on 03-31-2002 at 02:46 PM
