When I play music in iTunes and Media Player on my laptop, all sound doesn't come through to the earphones. It is when I press and hold the in-line microphone button that I can hear all sound. When I play the movie AVATAR on my laptop in iTunes for example, the narrative and people's voice I can not hear. Other background sounds I can hear. It is same when I play music. Singers' voices sound so far away. I can bearly hear them. I can hear them but not all the volume. It is when I press and hold the button that I can hear all volume. I don't think it is the headphone that is causing it because when I played same music and movies on my desktop computer, I could hear everything.
