The problem I am having is that when it is plugged in to my laptop, the volume is very low and all sound detail do not come through unless I press and hold the in-line microphone button. It is when I press and hold the in-line microphone button then the volume and sounds become normal and all sounds come through to the earphones. When I plug it in my desktop computer, however there is no issue. Can anyone tell me what the problem is? My laptop is Windows 7 home premium 64bit, Core i3 350M 2.26Gh, 2 GB DDR3, 320 GB hard drive.
