Speakmeister
I found some KSM-1's locally for a good price. Can anyone give me any specs or info on them? I could not find much on the forum for these. From the picture, they appear to have a single 12" or 15" and possibly a k-700 or k-600 with unknown driver.

Speakmeister
Thanks Michael. I will go get them today. I am surprised they make it to 15k pretty well. I thought they might nose dive after 6 or 7k with that driver.
Speakmeister
Okay, I have them now. It looks like the seller did a quick rattle can job on them. The large Klipsch painted on logo is still intact and under the tape. It will take some goo gone to get that handled. Can anyone offer suggestions for fixing the textured finish or point to a thread that talks about this? Here are some pictures.
Rattatay
I have similar monitors to the one Speakmeister posted below, only mine have also two parallell Speakon connectors. I have a total of 3 KSM-1s. One lost its driver and I replaced that with one from the others. The two others have blown a large blue capacitor/resistor. Any idea if this is something I can get from an electronics store? Sorry for hijacking the thread...
