cmenomore
I am new to home audio, what I would like to know is should I have my speakers running 8 ohms or at 6 ohms. My receiver is a onkyo tx-nr708 and I am only running the to Rf 82's saving money to get the rest soon. I am very GREEN in the audio world. cornfedksboy
I own a pair of RF-82s and the Onkyo TX-nr708...fancy that! Per the user guide, anything running from 6-16 ohms should be set at 6 ohms...set your speakers to 6 ohms! If you aren't running a sub, make sure to turn the subwoofer option to "no," or run everything thru "pure direct."
