BLSamuel
I don't mean to be starting rumors or anything but..... New products coming from Hope and having the Pilgrimage in Hope 2 years in a row See PhilH's Blog Titled The Future's So Bright, We're All Wearing Shades! (Well, Transition Lenses At The Least...) near the bottom "On top of all this, we just announced that Klipsch will begin to sponsor multiple concerts at multiple live music venues across the US, and we already have signed agreements to sponsor two Live Nation venues in the New York City area and two in Miami. Don't ask me for tickets, watch our website as we plan special ticket giveaways in the future to celebrate our upcoming 65th Anniversary. " So sponsoring not just concerts but venues? I would hope Klipsch speakers would be used. Neither of my replies to Phil's blog have been posted so he's either rejected them or there's a problem with his blog or I'm right and he realizes he's let at least the tail of the cat out of the bag. (Amy allows most of my blog responses...) Of course I'd think current commercial products could be used for live sound with very good results especially in a more permanent installation. We can all dream. Something crazy like KP600 II. Sometime in the last few months the midbass module for the theater MCM has been upgraded. edit: And of course I'm aware that there are sound companies that do pretty good sized events with Klipsch PAs. At least one forum member with 24 box KP600 set up and Michael's done a few bar and other gigs including the Tean Arts And Music Festival back in 2009 with his minty MCM rig and more. I think Trey was responsible somewhat recently for doing the sound at The Jazz Kitchen club in Indianapolis using Klipsch I think from the cinema line.
