Utard
2 questions. 1st does it make any difference at what the volume level is set at while doing a MCACC test? Better low, medium or high? 2nd is there a golden rule as to surround placement (7.1 with side and back surrounds)? Like on the sides do you want exactly at the side (of your ears) or a little back or 3-4 feet? Below ear height, at or above? Then to the rears. Same height at the sides or higher/lower. Width. Same or less? 1 foot or more? I know there are lots of variables due to everything so I am just looking for a general guide line. Dennie
I think the MCACC adjusts the volume automatically when it runs, but you might want to check your manual. As far as speaker set up, I used the Dolby guide found here -----> CLICK HERE Works great for my 7.1 set up! Keep us posted, Dennie
