slac
Are they good for electronic music like techno, trance, psytrance, dnb, hardstlye, ambinet and etc.. do they need sub?
GBShade684
I have a pair. Love them. Depends on how loud you like it, the bass response isn't great at lower volumes. My next addition will definitely be a subwoofer.
slac
how about electronic music, does it sound good on them, you know, many speakers are basicly designed for classic, jazz music...
cornfedksboy
Klipsch Refernce series are ideally designed for rock and electronic music. I listen to some electronica on my Rf-82s, but have not heard trance. The heavy bass and horn tweeters are very similar to club speakers in design and performance. A good sub is still recommended.
