kenratboy
Wouldn't it be neat if a company built a ~$500 stereo preamp that had some digital inputs. I just wrote this in an e-mail to Outlaw. I told them that I have a setup where I will ONLY use stereo. I have my Sony CD changer there, and would like to have the better D/A converter change the signal. Also, the same for my computer. I also told them that it would be totally unique (there is a $20,000 version) and NON gimmic. They could just use the digital IN boards from their HT preamp/receiver to do it, so no R&D. What do you think, a joke or a real thought? ------------------ Receiver: Sony STR-DE675 CD player: Sony CDP-CX300 Turntable: Technics SL-J3 with Audio-Technica TR485U Speakers: JBL HLS-610 Subwoofer: JBL 4648A-8 Sub amp: Parts Express 180 watt Center/surrounds: Teac 3-way bookshelfs Yes, it sucks, but better to come. KLIPSCH soon! My computer is better than my stereo!
