harig074 Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 Hi, I'd purchased a pair of Klipsch image s4 while in Sweden, back in July 2010. At present I live in India. My left earbud has stopped working now. It was working intermittently while the wire moved a little and then suddenly died. Seems like a loose wire issue. I contacted a local dealer for warranty (I'm not sure if I'm covered, since it's 1.5 years from date of purchase now). They said they need an official email from Klipsch if they are to process the warranty, since I bought the pair from another country. I contacted Klipsch quite a few days back, but haven't recieved any sort of response. I request some sort of response. If I can't be covered under warranty, I'd appreciate any help (instructions) with getting the earphone open, so I can attempt a repair myself. Dingman Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 I don't know anything about how Klipsch is handling this, but in a general sense, during the holidays here alot of business's are running at half-staff and at half speed.
