eddieras
i'm putting in a new 4 season porch-- and wish to run speaker wires out there during construction. i'm not sure if i want regular floor speakers, which i can then maneuver to provide sound to the outside or smaller cube-type speakers (less intrusive). my thought (as bad as it is) is perhaps with the small cubes, when i want sound outside i can open all the windows and crank it up. so basically what i want is versatile (sound in and outside) and non-intrusive we haven't started building yet, so i want to have it all decided before the porch is finished- any recommendations, including wall plates, wiring, etc would be great!! thanks! michael hurd
All I have to add is to make sure the wire is approved for in wall installation -- meets fire codes. The other thing is that you can also try a direct burial speaker wire out through your basement and up through the porch...
