Anyone "Official" able to help?

Have bought what appear to me to be fake S4i headphones, but need a clear opinion from someone at Klipsch so that I can take this guy for a chargeback. Hoping someone from Klipsch can please help me out. My reasons for thinking it's fake is that the top hanger part of the box is grey, all the pics I have seen seem to show this should be red like the bulk of the box. Also one of the headphones has marks on the chromed finish, almost corroded, and the logo has partially scratched off. Also the general quality of the packaging and the way it's all sticky taped together is not what I would have expected of a company with a reputation like Klipsch, quality of the instruction manual, and the quality of the little suede bag. Most posts I have seen show a metal tin, but seems that may have changed to a bag now, but not 100% sure. Many thanks in advance!!

Bummer mang.[:'(]

Online is fine ... as long as authorized. Amazon is authorized and had killer deal on Image X10 or X10i Cyber Monday or Black Friday.... BUT MANY who sell on Amazon are not authorized.

I haven't heard any progress but Klipsch sued 23 manufacturers in China for patent infringements last December. Klipsch has a list of authorized retailers on the main website. If in doubt. Check.
