Can someone direct me to customer service? My new product has gone dead.

I know this is not the place for this post, but I'm growing a bit frantic. The Pro-media 2.1 speakers I purchased about a month ago have given up the ghost. The power was shorting, and has now refused to come back on. I guess I need an RMA, but I was completely unable to find the proper site for this. Thanks for any help.
