Shiva Posted January 22, 2014 Share Posted January 22, 2014 For those who have heard both, did you find that the Epic CF4 was a big improvement over the CF3 or not much of an upgrade. Factoring in both are version 1's. I have had my CF3's for the last eight years or so and they still impress. I have the opportunity to get a nice pair of CF4's at a good price and am thinking of getting them and using one of the CF3's for center channel duty to replace the C-7 for a slamming front end. I enclosed a pic to show where it will go and how it will be oriented. If not, I will find another CF3 at some point to put inbetween them. I have read some mention that they preferred the sound of the 10" drivers in the CF3 to the 12's in the CF4. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
