I am selling it because I recently upgraded my subwoofer and no longer have a use for it. The subwoofer features include having three 10" woofers at 700 watts RMS, it has an Adaptive Room Correction (ARC) calibration microphone, and a digital display to adjust volume, presets and more. It is discontinued now and was originally purchased in 2011, MSRP was $1799.99. There is no physical damage to the cabinet, cones or rubber and it comes with a custom made 6ft Miova power cable and the calibration microphone.
