plissken99
Indeed it did, and it led and an interesting revelation. Seems the 2 channel amp I have could be collectible! The back clearly says "5/1500A", and there are blanks for 3 more channels in between the two. Looking online the 5/1500A is indeed supposed to be a 5ch amp! So what I have is some kind of manufacturer screw up, or a prototype or something.
tagger
Sherbourn had a 2 channel version that used the same 5/1500A chassis. I believe the official model # was 2/600A. They used the same chassis, but only loaded it with 2 modules. It's not a manufacturer mistake, just not a very elegant solution for marketing a 2-channel amp! tagger
I'll add, they're the same modules as the 5/1500A, so every bit as good! Edited January 30, 2016 by tagger
plissken99
Sold the 5ch amp in a local Craigslist sale. Down to just to the 2 channel amp which has no issues!
