shutterguy
Hi all, I wasn't sure where to post this as this is concerning Energy speakers, now owned by Klipsch. I have a 7.1.4 Atmos setup with Energy C2 mains, C-C100 Center, C-R100 side and back surrounds, along with Onkyo atmos-enabled fronts and rear height speakers. My problem is my side surrounds are mounted high due to a sliding door on one side of the living room. The C-R100's are bipoles, can they be mounted on stands and still sound good? I was thinking if so I can make a board on the back of the stand that is longer than the C-R100 so it has something to reflect off of.......... pics of my setup below....... jason str
Your receiver will not last very long with the air circulation cut off like it is. Nice looking room though.

Thanks, I've since switched the stand for one that will give the receiver good ventilation....
